Melaka trip - Day 1
So for chinese new year i took three days leave (if im not mistaken )because one is to celebrate CNY and two for a short vacay planned by my bf .By the way this is my first time to have a trip with someone not my mum and without my mum. Asked my mum's permission and she permitted us to do so😇😇😇 . As chinese new year is a season where most people will take leaves and go for vacay aka the peak season so before chinese new year my bf had booked a hotel through Trivago (this is also the first time we are using apps to book a hotel ) so after he booked ,he gave me the hotel's number and asked me to reconfirm about the booking .(at first they said they haven't received any booking 😐 so at that moment we were kinda panic tbh hahaha but at last the booking were received by the hotel the next day keke) btw my bf choosed sunshine inn plus hotel because the description there stated that by walking it was just 10 minutes away from jonker street so we actually thought that it was near zzzz ... but trust me we walked like hell .

So the night before the trip ...
So he stayed at my home for tonight because tomorrow both of us need to wake up early ✌🏻. So for tonight we packed all of the stuffs we need. I brought a bag of snacks so that both of us get to chewed some food during the journey (a box of bak kwa , two pears given by my mum and some cny cookies ) -> to make both os us awake during the journey and keeping our tummy filled .
So the next morning (i forgot what time we woke ) we did not had our breakfast beforehand because we already have enough of snacks and fyi even after we reach the hotel we still haven't finish up our snacks hahahaha .
Alright after for dont know how many hrs we reached our destination with the help of waze 😏👍🏻. (But tbh althought throughout the journey I'm not the driver (i only sit in the car and trued my best to talk as much as possible and hands my bf snacks so that he wouldn't feels sleepy)but it was still extremely tiring during the whole journey i just hope that we can reach the hotel to rest for a bit . Oh btw we did stop at one of the rnr just to buy some drinks but i still manage to have the thoughts of taking photos XD

Then we continue our journey ...
So after that we reached our hotel
After he told me that he booked sunshine inn plus hotel i went to google and search for the photos of the hotels and one of the website states that every types of room have different colours so i was hoping it to be pink but unfortunately there stated that the room my bf book(double single bed room something like that ) was green so i was kinda frus at that time .
And when we reached i was kinda happy that it was PINK !
We make our own effort to push both beds together bcs the hotels crew doesnt want to 😒😒😒 BUT I REALLY THINKS THAT THE ROOM IS VERY NICE because it is my favourite colour hahaaHAHA
The parking for this hotel is free because they'll hands u the parking ticket and asked u to scratch it yourself haha not their own parking tho .

Then we rested for like fifteen minutes although we're half dead because we don't have much time actually . We're only staying here for one night and thh i regret for not taking ine extra day of leave .
Then since we reconfirm and asked the receptionist about how to reach jonker street and she said it was only ten minutes walking distance (LOL) and she told us the directions and we tried our best to find it ( but fret not there's waze keke )
After this trip me and my bf (yew) are kinda having a trauma of walking 🚶🏻.
At furst we're actually considering of driving but since they say ten minutes as thought it was really really very near so we chose to walk *facepalm emoji*
On our way walking to jonker street there're a lot of shops are close it was like ninty percent of them are close biasalah cny💁🏻 on our way to jonker ,we wander around kioda and a bakery shop.
Then saw this amazing field

Was really really tired to the extend that im frustrating at that very moment

At this place (sorry bro,idk where😂😂) there's a train inside the train they sell lots of souvenir but it was very narrow i suppose and packed
So after like less than five minutes i told yew I wanna go out 😂

Bought two sets of malacca key chain for my colleagues too and at jonker street there're a restaurant called mamee restaurant that seems quite interesting but we didn't went in tho

No choice after ten minutes of rest need to get back up and walk 😭

Then we wander from don't know which part to which part of that area then saw an alley and i was quite excited because i saw murals 🙈 excited because i can take photos keke

Then on our way back to our hotel we'll walk passed jonker and so we saw their trishaw again ( i think it's called trishaw) that we hesitated whether to try or not just now so we did went quite near to a row of trishaws to discuss about it and one of them came to talk to us . We asked about the price, wasn't that expensive as what we expected so we wanted to try but then when he leads us to his trishaw i was damn damn disappointed with what i saw it doesnt even worth a penny we spent (although not my money tho)because it wasn't that pretty as what i wanted .i can say that it's one of the ugliest and i was frust again(so let me tell you it's difficult to be my bf cause i get frust on everything although it's not his fault)at that very moment we feel bad to said that we don't want to and plan to change a better looking trishaw so no choice we went on it .pergh wasted our money on it .
Although frustrated and sad inside but no choice it's a memorable photo so i need to smile 😊😐

So we asked him to fetch us to a mall but thinking that we can saved our energy on walking but we ended up lost 😂*facepalmemojiagain*
So we have to walk back to jonker and walk back to hotel 😂😂 no choice
So that makes me triple regret on paying for the trishaw
So after we reached our hotel , we rested for a few hrs .
Then we went for dinner ,nearby restaurant and i asked yew whether do u what to walk to the restaurant and he said no NEVER AGAIN HAHAHAHA

After dinner , he drove around melaka but have no where to go so we went back to our hotel at last

So beside our hotel they have this cafe that sells breakfast .our hotel don't provide free breakfast but if you're staying at sunshine inn plus just tell the waitress or waiter they'll give you discounts on your bill (if I'm not mistaken it's fifteen or ten percent discount)
So i jio-ed yew go for breakfast at eggxtra XD
